Bred in New South Wales, her family was first recorded in Volume 8 of the Australian Stud Book under Amera (sister to Dandy and Vanitas). Amera's offspring were subsequently included in the following two volumes, however, as she was not one of the taproot mares approved for inclusion in the Stud Book, her daughters were relegated to the Appendix. |
